Leveraging Technical Skills on Green Jobs

Abstract

In observation of the International Youth Day 2023, whose theme is “Green Skills for Youth”, ACWICT, in partnership with International Youth Fund (IYF), seeks out to celebrate the “Woman in ICT”. The focus of this workshop is to share knowledge and expertise with the Skills for Success program learners, who are young women in the age bracket between 18 - 30 years, taking Google specialization courses in Data Analytics, IT Support, Digital Marketing & E-commerce, UX Design and Project Management. This presentation aims at imploring the young women to leverage their technical skills on green jobs as informed by the 17 SDGs.
